Bauchi State Governor Commiserates With His Kano Counterpart Over Death Of His Mother

Governor MA Abubakar of Bauchi state today paid a condolence visit to the Executive Governor of Kano State Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje at the family house in Ganduje Village of Dawakin Tofa LG, Kano over the death of his mother, Hajia Fatima Umar Ganduje who died yesterday at the age of 95.
 The Governor who was accompanied by the Deputy Speaker BAHA, Hon Commissioners, Special Advisers, elder statesmen and other top government officials, prayed for the soul of the deceased. He described her death as a painful one as Mama Fatima was a kind woman who was a mother for all.On his part, Governor Ganduje thanked Governor Abubakar, whom he calls his brother, for the visit . He further stated that as a Muslim, he knows and believes that every soul must taste death.
