Elrufai, Commissioner of Police decorates Danladi Ibrahim his ADC who was promoted to the rank of SP

This morning, Governor El-Rufai alongside the Kaduna State Commissioner of Police decorated his ADC, Danladi Ibrahim who was recently promoted from the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) to Superintendent of Police (SP).
The Governor also decorated Yaro Ibrahim, the Officer in Charge Armoury of the Kaduna state Government House, also recently promoted to the rank of Superintendent of Police.
