Borno State Governor, Hon. Kashim Shettima on Friday ordered the Borno State Ministry of Education to evacuate school uniforms kept in its Central Store for immediate distribution to schools in the recently resettled communities of Konduga and Mafa Local Government areas of the State.
Konduga and Mafa were amongst the 20 Local Government areas completely overrun by Boko Haram Terrorists in 2014, but resettled in October 2016 after their communities were liberated by the Nigerian Military and reconstructed and rehabilitated by the administration of Hon. Kashim Shettima.
Shettima who went on an inspection to the store expressed his administration's commitment towards providing qualitative free education to all school aged children in the State, and further expressed his determination to create a conducive environment for learning and teaching across the state with special preference to liberated and resettled communities.
He added that majority of schools in Konduga and Mafa had received his Government"s attention so far and in their final stages of completion.
The Governor was conducted round and briefed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry Hon. Hassan Mustapha where he commended him for his sincerity and commitment in managing the activities of the Ministry and urged him to keep up the good work.

That was good news. This would surely give advantage for students by having this donations by the Governor. The students will exactly have benefits in learning on this programs.
