Bincike : Matafiya da kafa da sauri,sun fi tsawon rai
Sakamakon wani sabon bincike da aka wallafa a makalar "MotsaJiki" ta kasar Ingila,ya nuna alakar da ke tsakanin tafiya da kafa da sauri-sauri da kuma tsawon rai.
Masana a kasashen Burtaniya da Ostireliya sun sanar da cewa, yawancin wadanda ke tafiya da kafa a gaggauce,basa kamuwa da ciwon zuciya.
Da wannan dabarar,hatsarin kamuwa da ciwon zuciya wanda a yawancin lokaci shi ne ummal-aba'isar mutuwar masu sama da shekaru 60,na raguwa da kaso 53 cikin dari.
Masu bincike sun gano cewa,tafiya da kafa da sauri tsawon awanni 5 zuwa 7 sun isa matuka gaya ga masu bukatar suyi rayuwa lami-lafiya.
Manufar wannan tafiyar ita ce, bai wa zuciya damar bugawa da gaggawa,shi yasa kamata yayi a dinka takawa da sauri ta yadda za a yi kankanuwar zufa.
Masanan na Burtaniyar sun sanar da cewa, motsa jiki tsawon dakiku 30 a kowace rana da kuma cin lafiyayyen abinci, na tsawaita raywuwar mutum da shekaru 10.
