To cut down on government expenditure, The Kaduna State Government put on sale most of its non essential residential quarters. These houses were being sold by a means of public auction based on their value. A total of 1,990 houses were put up for bidding.
However, Kaduna State Government has extended the submission date for bids,The extension is to enable interested persons to participate in the process, All persons have been given 90 days to submit their bid. All bids duly completed in accordance with the published guidelines should be submitted not later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 31st may 2017. The public notice announcing the sales was earlier published on 27th February 2017.
