Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has approved the appointment of Board Members, Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Agency.
A statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Abubakar Mu’azu Dakingari says, the Board has Alhaji Bala Musa Sakaba as Chairman.
Other members are Alhaji Sani Zauro, Alhaji Muhammadu Goje, Alhaji Sa’idu Maigishiri, Sheikh Abubakar Giro Argungu, Sheikh Yusuf Yauri and Mallam Shu’aibu S/Fawa Zuru.
The rest are Mallam Liman Kangiwa, Mallam Abubakar Bubuche, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku (Walin Kalgo), Ambassador Sani Dolekaina and Ahmadu Auwal Aliero. Also on the list are Mallam Umar Abubakar Kobra, Abubakar Mohammed Tilli, Musa Jibo, Malami Ma’aji Dakingari, Malam Sambo Gwandu and Fatima Sani (Amirah FOMWAN).
The committee is to supervise the conduct of Hajj exercise with a view to advising the State Government on the best way to organize future operation. Also they are to ensure compliance with all agreements mutually reached among the Pilgrims Welfare Agency, National Hajj Commission of Nigeria and Airline Operators.
