Governor of Kaduna state, Malam Nasir el-Rufai led senior government officials to Zaria for a sitemeeting with the contractors on Friday. The governor revealed that the 150m liters per day water treatment plant in Zaria will be completed by December 2016.El Rufai restated that all the components of the Zaria Water project are priority items for the government.The contractors acknowledged that Kaduna State Government has paid all the arrears left by previous administration, at the rate of N300m per month. The contractors assured the Governor that the water treatment plant will be ready in December.
