​Relief Intervention: 200 Trucks have been delivered to Northeast DG NEMA

The Director General of National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Engr. Mustapha Maihaja has said a total of 200 trucks out of 1,032of assorted relief intervention by the Federal Government have so far been conveyed to Borno, Yobe, Adamawa, Bauchi and Gombe States. He stated this when he inspected the facilities of the three milling companies in Kano.

He said the Agency has taken effective measures to ensure that trailers conveying relief items to the north east were not diverted by installing tracker to monitor the movement and  armed police escorts till they reach to their final destination.
