The National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA) today flagged off the Special Immunisation Plus Days (SIPDS) campaign against polio in Wamakko LGA of Sokoto State.
The event had in attendance Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, Sultan Muhammad Sa'ad and traditional rulers from each of the 19 Northern States. It also featured representatives from the National Assembly, Development Partners, Donor Agencies and NGOs from across the country.
The event was coordinated by the state Ministry of Health and the State Primary healthcare Development Agency.
