Sen. Binta Masi Garba, Senator representing the good people of Adamawa Northern zone empower 2000 women in her constituency with petty cash to ameliorate the incessant effect of recession via subsistence trading.
Those who witness the event include the Executive Governor of the State Sen. Mohammed Bindow Jibrilla, Hon. Spkr. Kabiru Mijinyawa, Hon. Santuri who represent the Speaker House of Representative Hon. Yakubu Dogara, royal fathers and other stake holders.
During the empowerment program, Sen. Binta encourage the women to make use of the money given to them in a good way that will assist them in life. Governor Bindow in his remark emphasis that the beneficiaries should not spend the money given to them in a reckless way but go into trading as the empowerment was to assist them startup a business.
The governor also applaud Sen. Binta for the good work she is doing in the National Assemble for fully rehabilitation of Adamawa Northern Zone and Northeast entirely. He asked the constituent to support Binta in any necessary way for more of such good work she is doing.
Senator Binta during the program says next on track is the youths as promised during her campaign.
