H.E. Governor
Ibrahim Gaidam today met with the Chief Executive Officer of Inceptima
Management Solution, a U.S-based programme management firm, Asmaa Idrisu to
discuss ways to improve efficiency and build more capacity for government
hospitals across Yobe State.
The meeting took
place at Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington DC.
The governor
also met with Mr. Martin Ezemma, director of international business development
at Prince George County's Economic Development Corporation. Their discussion
centered around healthcare equipment and consumables supplies and donations to
hospitals in the State.
The meetings
were part of the overall effort of the governor to ensure quality healthcare
deliverables from his visit to the United States.
Some may
recall that during a visit yesterday to World Medical Relief, a charitable
organization based out of Detroit, the governor had secured for Yobe hospitals
a support of medical equipment and consumables worth over NGN1.4 billion.
