A special meeting of 19 Northern Governors on the state of the
nation and the position of North in the scheme of things has opened in Kaduna.
It has in attendance traditional rulers from the 19 States of
the North. It's taking place at Sir Kashim Ibrahim (Government House), Kaduna.
