Commissioner for Budget and Plnning from Bauchi state resigns from office, accuses state governor of marginalization

 Bauchi State Commissioner of Budget and planning, Alhaji Shehu Barau Ningi, resigned from office on Thursday, December 22nd. In his resignation letter made public, Ningi cited absence of a good environment to properly function as well as marginalization by the state governor as some of the reasons for his resignation.
