Kaduna To Handover Corrupt Officials To EFCC

efcc-logo-4Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) are set to launch a manhunt against corrupt persons in Kaduna State, LEADERSHIP Weekend Learnt.
The state commissioner for local government, Muhammed Bashir Saidu told Journalists that the state will soon commence arraignment of treasury looters who stole public funds.
He said, “We have already invited EFCC to open an office “in Kaduna State so that if we catch looters we will handover to them.”

According to him, the previous PDP administration “had earmarked money for projects and stole the money left, right and centre. We don’t want the culprits to run away, therefore we can’t mention names.”
“Our administration under Governor Nasir El-rufai is working for the masses and they are happy with our government.I am sad now but the time we start arresting PDP looters I will be happy,” he added.
Saidu, further revealed that the high level of stealing carried out by PDP past government cannot be swept under the carpet saying the party used contracts to siphon billions of fund with no job done.
He declared that the opposition PDP, is dead and buried for Kaduna and the nation and will never resurrect.
Saidu maintained that PDP had exchanged all its goodwill with corruption and bad governance adding that Nigerians will never forget the pains and trauma of the opposition party’s sixteen years of misruled.
“PDP did not get 30% of votes cast so how can the party will resurrect when they stole all the money when they were in charge.
