Kebbi State Government to partner with private investors to provide employment and economic empowerment

Kebbi State Government is to partner with private investors aimed at assisting them to provide employment and economic empowerment to the people.

According to the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Abubakar Mu’azu Dakingari, Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu made this known this Sunday during a visit to Kamba private rice processing mills under construction owned by a businessman Alhaji Sahabi Lolo.
Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu was impressed about the ongoing construction of the mill and the effort of the management to providing youths in the area with employment and enhancing the economic power of rice farmers.

Briefing the Governor, the Project Manager, Mr. Subramani Narayani said the project was fifty percent completed, designed to provide employment to people and economic prosperity to the area.
He commended the Governor for the visit and his words of encouragement.
The owner of the company Alhaji Sahabi Lolo said his mission was to consolidate the effort of President Muhammadu Buhari and Kebbi State Governor to boost rice production in Nigeria for food security and economic empowerment among the citizenry.
In Kamba, Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu also paid a condolence visit to a politicians and businessman Alhaji Babangida Kamba who lost his wife on Friday, Hajiya Halira of an illness at the age of 35 leaving behind her husband, parents and relations.
Alhaji Babangida, thanked the Governor for his sympathy, and prayed Allah to reward with Aljannah Firdausi.
